Starting five weeks before your wedding, I'll step in to oversee all the details you've organized. I'll review vendor contracts, timelines, and logistics, making any necessary adjustments to fit your vision. My Full Planning package offers complete support and guidance throughout every stage of your wedding planning. From finding your venue to finalizing the smallest details, I'll ensure that every aspect of your wedding is handled with care. This package allows you to relax and enjoy the journey, knowing all logistics, design, and coordination are taken care of by a professional.

Partial Planning Package This package includes all the services from my Partial Planning offering, such as vendor selection, budget management, venue scouting, monthly planning meetings, and more.

Comprehensive Design & Styling Development I'll work with you to create and refine a complete design vision, from color schemes to décor ideas, ensuring your wedding aesthetic is cohesive and personalized to your style.

RSVP & Guest List Management I'll take care of tracking RSVPs, organizing guest information, and coordinating seating arrangements, ensuring all guest logistics are managed smoothly.

Wedding Website Setup & Maintenance I'll help set up and maintain your wedding website, including RSVP tracking, guest information, accommodations, and important updates.

Layout Creation I'll create a detailed layout for your wedding, covering the placement of key elements.

Design & Décor Rentals I'll assist in sourcing décor rentals such as furniture, lighting, and other elements to bring your wedding vision to life.

Weekly Planning Meetings I'll offer weekly planning meetings as needed to ensure we stay on track and that every detail is thoroughly addressed.
Travel Cost
(Free for first 20 miles, $0.66 / mile after)

For weddings or events located outside of a 20-mile radius, a travel fee will be applied to cover the cost of transportation, lodging, and meals, as needed. I will provide an estimate for travel costs during our initial consultation, ensuring everything is transparent and tailored to your specific needs.

Weddings beyond 20 miles A mileage-based rate of $0.66 per mile will apply for travel. Additional costs may include accommodation if required for an overnight stay.

Destination Weddings For weddings that require air travel or multiple nights of stay, a customized travel package will be created to cover airfare, lodging, and any necessary expenses.
